Need some help please.

Oct 24, 2019  Since IOS 13 was updated my Ford Sync ver 2 now stores the phone book with all phone numbers all attached to 'Other' rather than mobile or work. Has worked perfectly till IOS 13.

Very painful for me as I can make 20 + calls a day from my car and for contacts that have multiple phone numbers I then need to select the correct number from the Sync screen forcing me to take my eyes of the road - I use Sync voice dialling with 'call Fred Smith on mobile' etc

Any suggestions welcome - thanks in advanced
