(From Ford Owners) After a lot of searching, reading and translating, I came across direct links to Ford servers hosting the official EU upgrade files for Sync 2. No need to sign up to the Ford India website, just download, extract to the root of a FAT32 formatted USB stick and away you go.

Need some help please.

Since IOS 13 was updated my Ford Sync ver 2 now stores the phone book with all phone numbers all attached to

'Other' rather than mobile or work.

Have updated to IOS 13.1.2, Phone is a iPhone 7 Plus, Vehicle is an Australian LZ focus with the latest updates,

have unpaired and repaired the phone deleted phone book and reuploaded etc.

Has worked perfectly till IOS 13.

Very painful for me as I can make 20 + calls a day from my car and for contacts that have multiple phone numbers I then need to select the correct number from the Sync screen forcing me to take my eyes of the road - I use Sync voice dialling with 'call Fred Smith on mobile' etc

Any suggestions welcome - thanks in advanced
