Selling my extremely clean RUST FREE 1988 Toyota 4x4. It's a rare color, garnet red metallic, with Burgundy cloth bucket seat interior. The truck is in amazing condition still after 30 years. It's very low original miles with only just under 94k on it. Chassis, and body are both in excellent condition. 4x4 functions properly, and still has the Aisin manual locking hubs. I will not be driving it, so the miles will not be going up on it. The truck has had one repaint recently in the original color, and new oem style decals were put back on it in silver tones. It's a great look on these trucks for sure.

Mechanically the truck is 100% sounds. It leaks nothing, it starts, stops, and drives as it should. Coveted 22RE engine with 5 speed manual trans. Clutch is new, along with the slave, and clutch master. The timing chain, and timing cover were done within 1500 miles, it has new oil in it, and a recent tune up as well. It's a turn key truck, just buy and drive, it needs nothing but someone to enjoy it. It brakes smoothly, with no pulsation, nor does it pull left or right. It does not run warm, and the engine is very quiet. Exhaust from the catalytic converter back is newer. Tires are new Goodyear Wrangler with raised white letters out, they are balanced properly. Battery is strong, and does not require charging after sitting for a period of time. All accessories work including the a/c. Jack and tools are there. Under hood is tidy, and factory.
Interior on the truck is in great shape, seat material, carpet, headliner, and door panels are all original. Carpet has minor wear, it has new gray floor mats, center console armrest was recovered in new vinyl recently. I lightly cleaned the seats before listing. Interior flaws are cracked left armrest, and some cracking on the center console front section around shifters. Besides that, the interior, looks, and smells wonderful. It's hard to find an unmolested, low mileage toyota pickup that's this clean.
As far as options goes it has all the SR5 factory goodies, it also has air conditioning, sliding rear glass with working latch, double console, buckets with lumbar adjustments, tilt wheel, digital clock, sticker stripes, all terrain tires, factory alloy wheels I added, which I had media blasted, and powder coated silver. Am/Fm radio with tape player, although I have no tapes so I don't know if the tape player works or not. The radio functions fine.
